Leek Tart

Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 100 g butter
  • app. 100 ml water

For filling:

  • 2 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • parsley
  • allowed oil for frying

Preparation

Mix in a bowl flour, salt and baking powder. Add butter cut into cubes and little water enough to knead soft dough. Wrap the dough into transparent foil and leave to rest about 15 minutes. Prepare filling: chop the onion and cut leek into circles, and fry together on a little allowed oil. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Stretch the dough using rolling pin and cover the bottom and the sides of greased mold for tart. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees for ten minutes. Remove from the oven and put over them prepared filling and sprinkle with chopped bacon. Using spoon make 4 dents in the filling and brake the egg in each. Put back your tart in the oven and bake for more 10 minutes.
