Tuna Rolls


  • 6 red peppers
  • 360 g canned tuna
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 Spring onion
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • chopped spice herbs (parsley, basil)


Bake peppers on a burner over aluminum foil or in the oven. Cover them while still warm and leave for a while. Then peel the skin, remove the stems and the ribs and cut longitudinally in half. Drain tuna from oil and mix with chopped garlic and Spring onion. Sprinkle with lemon juice and spice with black pepper. On each stripe of baked pepper put teaspoon of prepared filling and form rolls. Serve them on a plate and sprinkle with olive oil and chopped parsley and basil.
