  • 10 eggs
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • lemon juice
  • homemade mustard


Cook eggs 5 to 6 minutes to be hard boiling. Remove the shell and cut eggs into halves and scoop out the yolks. Put the egg yolks into bowl ans mash with the fork, then add sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stuff eggs with prepared filling and sprinkle with paprika.
