Ingredients

  • 1 kg spelt flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml almond milk
  • sea salt
  • 250 g ground carob
  • 350 g walnut
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • fructose or Stevia
  • olive oil

Preparation

Mix in a bowl flour, baking powder, fructose per your taste, one egg, add milk and knead the dough. Leave it to rest for half an hour. Transfer to floured working surface and stretch on a flour-lined working surface at a thickness of 0.5 cm. Coat with ground carob, walnut and fructose. Wrap in a roll and put in a circular baking dish. Coat with egg yolk and bake on 180 degrees about 35 minutes.
