Chicken Stuffed Tomatoes


  • 8 middle tomatoes
  • 500 g cooked chicken from the soup
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 egg whites
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • allowed oil


Cut the tops of tomatoes and keep on the side. Scoop out the pulp and finely chop and turn tomatoes upside down and leave them to drain. Chop cooked chicken into blender, add chopped onion and cut peppers. Spice per your taste and unite with egg whites. Stuff scooped tomatoes with prepared filling and put back the tops. Separate cauliflower into florets and grate. Grease baking dish and arrange grated cauliflower on the bottom, salt it and pour a little water to cover it. Then arrange stuffed tomatoes over the cauliflower and sprinkle with oil. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 30 minutes.
