Millet Muffins With Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of millet
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • sesame

Preparation

Pour water on millet, add salt and cook 15 to 20 minutes until it absorbs all fluid. Then cover and leave on the side to cool a bit. Separate broccoli into florets and chop the stems. Blanch in salted boiling water few minutes, then drain and put in a cold water to keep nice green color. Mix in a bowl cooked millet with broccoli, add egg and spice per your taste and gently stir to mix ingredients. In a molds for muffins put paper for muffins and fill with prepared mixture. Sprinkle with sesame. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get nice golden color.
