Meat With Vegetable From Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 1 large or 2 small zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 – 3 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • spice herbs (basil, oregano, parsley)
  • allowed oil

Preparation

Cut the chicken meat into cubes, wash zucchini and together with the skin cut into stripes. Briefly sink tomatoes into boiling water, then peel and cut into cubes, as well as red onion. On a little oil fry chicken to get nice golden color, then add zucchini, tomatoes and onion. Fry on high temperature occasionally mixing until vegetable soften and the excess liquid is evaporated. Spice with salt and pepper, add mashed garlic and spice herbs per your taste. Briefly fry all together and serve warm.

This dish can be lunch in restriction period or dinner in non-restriction.
