- 250 g cooked chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter (or tahini but it with little change the taste)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 – 2 tablespoon mineral water
Put all ingredients into blender and mix to get nice smooth compact mixture. If isn’t solid enough add little chestnut flour or milled almonds. You can add some cinnamon. Form the balls, put one plum into middle and put them into salted boiling water. Cook about 5 minutes. Roll in mixture of roasted minced apricot seed, coconut sugar and a bit of cinnamon.
