Chicken In Zucchini Stripes


  • 600 g chicken breasts
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 lemon
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • little allowed oil for frying


Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and zucchini with the skin into stripes (you can form stripes using peeler). Mix sea salt, pepper in grain and lemon zest and chop using mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. Rub prepared mixture into the meat and wrap with zucchini. Put a baking paper into tray or other baking dish and arrange roll on it. Sprinkle with oil and bake in a upper part of the oven, closer to the heaters on 200 degrees about 20 – 30 minutes. Wash and clean cauliflower, grate it or chop in a blender and briefly fry on hot oil and spice per your taste. Serve chicken on the cauliflower.
