Cauliflower Soup With Fish Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower with leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • sea salt
  • pepper in grain
  • basil
  • 1 l water
  • 3 hake fillets
  • 3 teaspoons of pesto

Preparation

On a little allowed oil fry chopped onion and garlic. Add cauliflower cut into smaller pieces as well as chopped cauliflower leaves. Pour water and spice per your taste. Cook about 20 minutes until vegetable soften and then mix all well using blender. Salt hake fillets on both sides and coat with basil pesto. Wrap them into rolls and attach with toothpicks. Fry them in a pan on a little oil or bake in the oven and serve with cooked soup.
