Beef Stew With Peppers And Zucchini


  • 500 g beef meat
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • sea salt
  • pepper in grain
  • chopped parsley
  • few bay leaves
  • water as needed


Cut the meat into larger cubes (4 x 4 cm) and briefly fry on allowed oil from all sides. Add chopped onion and garlic and continue cooking adding water as needed until meat soften. Remove the stems and the ribs from the peppers and cut also into larger cubes and add into dish with meat. Wash zucchini and completely with skin cut into semicircles and add them into dish. Cook on moderate temperature abut half an hour until meat and vegetable completely soften. Before the end add spices per your taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

If you want the dish to be spicy, add some fresh or dried hot chili peppers.
