Ingredients
- 150 g bacon
- 150 g cabbage
- sea salt
- pepper
- sour cream or Greek yogurt
Preparation
Put the sliced bacon on a pan little greased and fry to get nice golden color, then turn and fry another side. Then add cabbage cut into dices, spice with salt and pepper, and turn to get bacon on the top. Sprinkle with sour cream or Greek yogurt and serve.
