- handful of hazelnuts and walnuts
- handful of cherries
- 1 avocado
- 5 – 6 date palms
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- lukewarm water
- pinch of salt (not necessary)
For the better taste you should bake walnuts and hazelnuts in the oven. Also, you can use fresh or frozen cherries. Put in the blender hazelnuts and walnuts, add avocado, cherries, date palms and cocoa and mix well. Add a pinch of salt if you want to highlight this chocolate taste. Try and if you want add more cocoa. The mixture will be thick and if you want to get something like a cream, add some lukewarm water.
This is a quantity for two to three snacks. It is also ideal for those who train in the afternoon, as an excellent meal after training, because it contains proteins and healthy fats that we need after muscle strain.
