Rolled Omelet With Bacon


  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g bacon
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • butter


Whisk eggs and pour into frying pan greased with butter. When fried from one side turn omelet and fry another side. Spice with salt and pepper. When fried, cut them and roll into sliced bacon. You can attach them with toothpicks.
