Risotto With Zucchini And Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 3 red peppers
  • 100 g onion
  • 100 g rice
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 chili pepper
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Cook rice with a triple amount of water. On a little oil allowed for frying fry chopped onion with addition of water, then add zucchini and pepper cut into cubes. Spice with salt, pepper and chopped chili pepper and fry until vegetable softened. When rice is cooked drain it, add to vegetable, stir and serve.
