- 250 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 handfuls of fresh mint
- 1 handful hazelnuts
Melt chocolate on a steam with a little olive oil. In a melted chocolate add chopped mint and stir well. In silicone molds pour chocolate with mint and put in a middle of each three grains of roasted hazelnuts and cover with melted chocolate with mint again. Put in a fridge to cool and harden. Fantastic, refreshing sweet with mint.
