Red Cabbage With Cheese


  • 150 g onion
  • 300 g red cabbage
  • 100 g cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • umeboshi vinegar


Finely chop the onion and fry a bit on a little allowed oil, then add shredded red cabbage and continue frying with addition of water. Spice with salt and pepper and cook until cabbage softened. Then add a bit of umeboshi vinegar. Crumble cheese on a top of cabbage and serve this healthy meal.
