Chickpea Soup


  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g onion
  • 150 g chickpea
  • 200 ml tomato juice
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • pinch of baking soda


Pour water onto chickpea and leave overnight. Tomorrow outpour water, sprinkle chickpea with baking soda and leave for 45 minutes and wash. Put in a pot, pour fresh water and when boiling outpour that water again. Pour new water, add chopped garlic and onion, tomato juice, olive oil, and pepper, and when chickpea is cooked salt per your taste.
