Chrono Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of beans
  • 200 g root vegetables (carrots, parsley root, celery root, parsnip)
  • 1 onion
  • 4 – 5 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • bay leaves
  • chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil

Preparation

Soak beans into cold water and leave overnight. In the morning throw that water and pour new. Add root vegetable, few pepper grains and bay leaves and cook until beans softened. Blanch tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. On a little allowed oil fry chopped onion and garlic, then add tomatoes and briefly fry. Then add cooked beans and water in which is cooked and cook together on a low temperature for a while. Spice with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
