- 100 g spelt flour
- 25 g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 g meted butter
- 250 ml whipping cream with milk fat
- 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
For the crust mix all ingredients and bake on a baking paper on 180 degrees 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. To make filling, place whipping cream in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until thick. Then add melted chocolate and mix all well. Cover the crust with prepared filling. Decorate per your wish with some fruits.
