Oriental Chicken


  • 1 large chicken fillet
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut milk
  • 1/4 onion
  • few cashew nuts
  • sea salt
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of spice mix (coriander, chili powder, curry, cayenne pepper)


First, cook rice. When the rice swell, remove it. Chop the onion, as well as cashwew nuts. Put a spoon of coconut oil in the pan and then the onion. When it softens, add cashew nuts, then rice and a little turmeric. Be careful with turmeric, if you overdo you can ruin your meal. Stir all and remove from the heat.
Put the rice in a small bowl, press and then pour into plate. You’ll get nice shape.
Cut chicken meat into cubes. In another dish put a teaspoon of coconut oil, and on it fry chicken from all sides. When the meat is over, sort it alongside the rice. Put the mix of spices in the same dish, stir until they start to smell and add a spoon of coconut milk. When all is well mixed, pour on the meat.
