- 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 tablespoon berries
- 2 tablespoon coconut creme
Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour in molds for muffins to cover the bottom about 3 mm and put in the freezer. Put in a blender or food processor berries with coconut cream and mix well. When the chocolate is tight, pour berries mixtures on it and put back in the freezer. After some half an hour pour the remaining melted chocolate on each muffin and put back in the freezer.
