Grilled Beef With Carrots And Sesame


  • 600 g beef
  • 5 g mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • sesame


Cut the meat into strips. Spice it with sea salt and pepper and coat other side with mustard in which you add chopped garlic. Leave in the fridge to overnight. Heat your electric grill on 200 degrees and put the beef to fry for 4 minutes on spices side, then turn it and fry another side for another 4 minutes. Cut the vegetables into stripes and fry with chopped onion on a little allowed oil. At the end, sprinkle with sesame, stir and enjoy.
