Baked Vegetable Fantasy


  • 200 g onion
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g eggplant
  • 150 g cheese
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 200 g tomato
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • spice herbs per your taste
  • allowed oil


In a greased baking dish arrange onion cut into wedges, eggplant, zucchini and tomato cut into circles, spice with salt, pepper and spice per your taste. Whip the egg and pour over vegetable, then add crumbled cheese and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees until vegetable softened and get nice golden color on a top. Enjoy this fast and delicious lunch.
