Savoury Muffins With Sausages


  • 250 g fresh pork sausages
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 young zucchinis
  • 250 ml mineral water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • sea salt


Wash zucchini with peel and using peeler cut longitudinally into stripes. Cut sausages into small pieces so that the length corresponds to the height of the molds for muffins. Take three stripes of zucchini and fold one over the other and roll. Cover the molds for muffins with baking paper and put in each mold zucchini roll so in the middle there is enough space for sausage. Put the piece of sausage vertically into the central part of rolled zucchini. Separately whisk the eggs, mineral water, baking powder and pinch of salt. Pour prepared mixture over zucchini rolls with sausages. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get golden color.
