Chicken With Vegetables


  • 4 chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 – 4 peppers
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil
  • spice herbs (thyme, parsley, oregano)
  • 2 bay leaves


Separate thighs from drumsticks and spice meat per your taste. Heat oil in a pan, arrange chicken meat into it and briefly fry from all sides to get nice golden color. Remove fried meat from the pan, and on the same oil fry chopped onion. Cut peppers and kohlrabi into cubes and add to onion and fry together for a few minutes. Bring back the meat into pan, set over vegetables, add spice herbs, garlic and bay leaves. Pour a little water and put a dish into oven to bake on 200 degrees about 30 minutes until meat and vegetable softened.
