Sprats On Skewers


  • 500 g sprats
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 garlic
  • parsley
  • rosemary
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil


Carefully clean sprats and salt per your taste. Poke each sprat onto skewer, place them on a grill or into baking dish. If necessary, spread a little fish with a knife to make the skewer easier to pass. Sprinkle sprats with oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic and spice herbs. Bake in the upper part of the oven or on a grill about 20 minutes until become crispy. Serve with lettuce or cucumber salad.
