Peppers Stuffed With Chicken


  • 6 – 8 peppers
  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 egg white or a little mineral water
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • allowed oil


Place the peppers and cut the upper part longitudinally at the top (save on the side). Wash them, remove the seeds and arrange in a baking dish covered with baking paper. Chop onion and leek and fry on a little allowed oil. Cut chicken meat into cubes and mix in a blender. Add to a frying pan with onion and leek and spice per your taste with salt, pepper and spice herbs. Add to the mixture egg white or pour a little mineral water to get compact mixture. Stuff peppers with prepared filling, put them caps and sprinkle with oil. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 30 minutes. Sprinkle baked dish with chopped parsley before serving.
