Beef Soup With Kohlrabi


  • 1/3 leek
  • 200 g beef
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 1 l water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil
  • chopped parsley
  • lemon juice


Chop leek and fry on a little oil. Cut meat into cubes and briefly fry with leek. Peel kohlrabi and cut into cubes or grate it and mix with meat. Pour water to cover all ingredients, then add spices per your taste, as well as garlic and lemon juice. Cook soup on moderate temperature about half an hour until meat and vegetable softened. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
