- 500 g spiral pasta from spelt flour
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 g ham
- 400 g pelati tomato
- 120 g mozzarella
- sea salt
- allowed oil for frying
Pour in a pot 4 l of water, add tablespoon of sea salt and cook untili boiling. Add pasta and continue cooking for 7 minutes to become al dente. Drain it and not wash it. Peel garlic and cut into leaves and cut ham into cubes. On a little allowed oil fry garlic to smell, then add ham and briefly fry together. Add pelati tomato and add a bit of water in which you cooked pasta if neccesery. Spice with oregano and boil a bit. Pour prepared sauce over pasta and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Instead of ham, you can prepare sauce with mushrooms or minced meet.
