Rolls With Tuna And Spring Onion


  •  6 egg whites
  • 2 green parts of spring onion
  • pinch of salt

For filling:

  • 1 large can of tuna
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tablespoon allowed oil


Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt into foam. Chop green parts of spring onion and gently add into foam. Cover rectangular baking dish with baking paper and pour mixture in it and align the surface. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get a mild yellow color. Then put baked sheet on a damp cloth and roll up together with baking paper. Prepare filling: mix tuna and coarsely chopped spring onion, and spice per your taste. Remove baking paper from cooled sheet, spread filling and roll again. Keep in the fridge until serving.
