Brussels Sprouts Cream Soup


  • 250 g Brussels sprout
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • oil of grape seeds


Peel onion and finely chop it. Also peel kohlrabi and grate it on large. Remove outer leaves from Brussels sprouts and align the lower part with a knife. Fry onion on a bit of oil until translucent. Add Brussels sprouts and grated kohlrabi and fry together continuously mixing for several minutes. Continue stewing occasionally pouring water as needed until vegetables soften. Mix vegetable with a bit of water in which is cooked into blender or food processor. Return the obtained porridge to the pan, pour vegetable broth, season per your taste and cook until boiling.
