Hake With Fennel


  • 2 small cleaned headless hake
  • 1 large fennel
  • 50 g green olives
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small garlic
  • sea salt
  • allowed oil


Wash the fish and cut into large pieces. Cut fennel into wedges, lemon into circles and garlic cloves just peel and leave in a piece. In a bowl stir hake, olives, lemon an garlic cloves. Sprinkle with olive oil and spice per your taste. Cover baking dish with baking paper and pour in it prepared ingredients and evenly arrange them. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until fish get golden yellow color and fennel softened.
