Veal Steaks With Thyme


  • 4 veal steaks
  • 1/2 bunch of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 dl dry white wine
  • 3 teaspoon flaxseed flour
  • sea salt


Tenderize veal steaks a bit using meat mallet, than salt them and coat in a flaxseed flour. Heat the batter in a pan and then place meat in it. Clean the garlic and just crush it with a knife and place next to the steaks, as well as thyme. When steaks get golden color, turn them, pour wine, cover the dish with lid and cook for about ten minutes.
