Ingredients
- 2 or more zucchini (depending on number of people)
- turkey breasts
- 1 teaspoon homemade mustard
- spring onion
- salt, pepper, oregano
- a little olive oil
Preparation
If you have two small zucchini, it will be enough some 150 g of turkey meat. Scoop out insides of zucchini an mix their meat with other ingredients. Put them into blender or food processor and mix all but not to much – can remain some bigger piece. Heat in a pan a little olive oil and cook all for few minutes. Stuff zucchini with this mixture, cover and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
