Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 kohlrabi
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- olive oil
- sea salt
Preparation
Peel kohlrabi and cut into cubes. Put in salted water and let cook. In a meantime cut chicken meat lengthwise to get four steaks. Grease them a bit with olive oil, wrap in some paper and tenderize a bit using meat mallet. Remove kohlrabi from the water, put in other dish, add meat, chopped garlic and dill and sprinkle all with olive oil. Cover the dish and return to the heat. It will help all tastes to mix and complete.
