Salmon Steaks With Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 large salmon steaks
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

For sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 chives
  • a little grated lemon peel
  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

Spice salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Heat in the oven mixture of butter and olive oil and fry the fish from both sides for few minutes. Chop garlic in a blender and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chopped chives and lemon peel. Put all in a jar, close it well and shake until you get thick sauce. The more you shake, the sauce will be thicker. Pour over the fish and serve.
