Ingredients

  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Put into blender or food processor almond milk, apple, banana and cinnamon and mix well. Add more milk if it gets too dense. Finally, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and enjoy this healthy smoothie.
