Italian Style Beef


  • 2 kg beef
  • 100 g onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 100 g green peppers
  • 1 egg white
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 5 g homemade mustard
  • 500 g tomato juice without sugar
  • 200 g green olives
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the meat into slice or per your taste. Clean onion, garlic and green pepper. In a greased dish arrange onions, meat, peppers and tomatoes. Beat eggs, add chopped garlic and mustard, then and add olive oil, and mix until you get mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Leave in the fridge for a while. Place the meat in a heated oven at 100 degrees to bake for about six hours. Serve with broccoli or cauliflower.
