Roasted Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 5 g homemade mustard
  • 3 g paprika
  • 30 g tomato sauce (without sugar)
  • 3 g ginger powder
  • 20 ml red wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a bit of Stevia

Preparation

Cover the baking dish with baking paper and arrange pork ribs on it. Make marinade: mix tomato sauce, mustard, red wine, ginger powder, chopped chili peppers, paprika, salt, pepper and Stevia. Rub ribs with prepared marinade and wrap into aluminium foil. Put in the oven on 100 degrees for about three hours. Grease ribs with sauce every hour. At the end of the baking process, remove the aluminum foil and increase the temperature to 130 degrees.
