Grilled Eel


  • 600 g eel
  • 30 ml allowed oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Spice eel with salt, pepper and oil and leave for half an hour. Place eel skin-side down on a preheated grill; cook 3 minutes on high. Flip eel and cook another 3 minutes. When it’s done, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
