Garlic Meatballs


  • 600 g minced beef meat
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 g milled flaxseed
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley


Put the minced beef meat in the bowl, add chopped onion and one chopped garlic, egg white, milled flaxseed, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix well all the ingredients, and form mini meatballs with your hands. Fry meatballs on heated oil 10 to 15 minutes to get a golden brown color. At the end, add remaining chopped garlic, olive oil, white wine and chopped parsley, and fry meatballs for another three to four minutes.
