Grilled Cauliflower


  • 400 g cauliflower
  • 200 ml Greek yogurt
  • curry
  • fresh dill


Wash cauliflower, separate it into florets and blanch them in a water for 5 minutes. Drain florets, rub curry into them and put on a grill or grill pan. Keep them ion the heat as long as it’s enough to be baked to your taste. Serve on Greek yogurt decorated with sprigs of dill.
