Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 50 ml oil
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil, add chopped onion and fry it a bit. Then add yellow pepper cut into cubes and fry it also for some 10 minutes occasionally adding water. Then add tomatoes also cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for some 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

This dish is delicious whether served warm or cold.
