- 4 hake fillets
- 1 leek (medium, chopped into slices)
- 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 20 ml of white wine
- 20 gr of butter
- 50 gr pistachios (crumbled)
Heat the frying pan on moderate temperature and melt butter on it. Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Lower temperature on minimum, add leek and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add white wine and fry for more few minutes, and remove from the heat. Spice with salt and pepper and stir. Heat the oven on 210 degrees. In a baking dish place mixture with leek, arrange fish fillets over it and spices per taste. Sprinkle fish with pistachios and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
