- 2 large avocado
- 120 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon of stevia
- 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
Slice the avocado in half, remove the seed and peel it. Cut into cubes and put into blender or food processor. Melt chocolate and pour over avocado. Add stevia and cinnamon and mix all well until get compact creamy mixtures. Transfer to cups. From this amount you’ll get 4 small portion.
If desired, you can sprinkle this mousse with crumbled nuts or pieces of fruit.
