Cabbage With Sausage


  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4 dl tomato juice
  • 3 dl vegetable broth
  • 4 thin grill sausages
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil


Chop onion and tomato into cubes and press garlic. Rremove the root from the cabbage and cut into large pieces, peel zucchini and cut into cubes.
On a little olive oil fry onion and garlic, then add cabbage and fry it briefly. Pour tomato juice and broth, cover the dish with the lid and cook at moderate temperatures until the cabbage is half-softened. Then add zucchini, chopped tomato, spices per taste and continue cooking until all ingredients soften and the excess liquid not evaporated. Roll grill sausages into circle, pierce them with a stick and fry on hot oil on both sides until golden yellow.
Serve sausages with cabbage. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
