Muffins With Sausages


  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 300 ml of mineral water
  • 6 tablespoons of rye flour
  • 15 tablespoons of spelt’s bite
  • 1/2 of baking powder
  • 150 g crumbled cheese
  • 150 g of domestic sausages
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • salt


Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Beat the egg whites into foam. Separately beat the egg yolks, add olive oil and mineral water. Then add baking powder, spelt’s bite, cheese, salt as needed and mix well. In that mixture add beaten egg whites and gently stir. Grease molds for muffins, sprinkle with flour and pour made mixture. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until golden yellow. Put on toothpicks piece of sausage, and cherry tomato and and pierce through every muffin.
