Cooked Chicken Rolls


  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 1 small zucchini
  • salt, pepper


Cut the chicken meat into thin steaks and beat a little with meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper per taste. Cut peppers into stripes or cubes and zucchini into thin leaves. Place chard’s leaf on transparent foil and piece of chicken meat on it. Then put zucchini on one side and peppers on other side. Switch and make rolls. Wrap each rolls in transparent foil and tighten the ends firmly. Put rolls down in a boiling water and cook for about ten minutes. Remove with a perforated spoon and carefully unwrap.

You can prepare this rolls for dinner as well, but instead of red peppers use green-white vegetables per taste.
