Turkey With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • turkey breast
  • olive oil
  • cherry tomato
  • spring onion
  • garlic
  • lemon juice
  • sea salt

Preparation

Grease turkey’s steaks with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, put in a bag (or that fat paper in which the meat is packed) and beat well using kitchen mallet. Then cut the meat into stripes and fry in a pan from all sides. When the meat get golden yellow add vegetables you previously cut into larger pieces. Don’t cook the vegetables, just soften it. At the end pour lemon juice and serve while everything is still warm.
